Data migration is the riskiest step in ERP projects. The Düzlem team has hundreds of projects’ experience moving data from different programs (Excel, accounting software, legacy ERPs).
What is migrated

Reconciliation
After migration, trial balance, receivables ageing and stock valuation reports are compared with the source system; test migrations are repeated until no difference remains. Go-live is usually planned at month or period end.
Risk management
During cutover the old and new systems can run in parallel for 2–4 weeks. A rollback plan is prepared before go-live; if a problem arises in the new system, returning to the old system’s last state is possible. For confidentiality, migration files are received through an encrypted channel and deleted at project end.
