Does Düzlem ERP run in the cloud or on-premise?
The standard offering is cloud-based (SaaS). Data is hosted in an ISO 27001 certified data centre in Türkiye. The Enterprise plan offers private cloud or on-premise options by quote.
How many users can I start with?
You start with a minimum of three users. User count can be increased or decreased at any time; billing updates from the next period.
Are e-invoice and e-ledger included?
Yes. The Starter plan includes e-Invoice, e-Archive and e-Waybill; Business and Enterprise also include e-Ledger and e-SMM. If you use a private integrator the connector is ready.
Can I migrate data from my current program?
Yes. Customer, item, balance, open entry and employee data is migrated via Excel/CSV templates or direct database transfer. After migration we reconcile using trial balance and stock valuation reports.
How long does go-live take?
A standard SME goes live in 14 days with the Quick Start package. Multi-warehouse or manufacturing implementations can take 6–12 weeks.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. With the iOS and Android app you can approve pending items, enter sales orders and perform field sales and warehouse counts.
How is support delivered?
Tickets through the customer portal, live chat and phone. Business has a four-hour and Enterprise a one-hour response commitment. Software updates are free on all plans.
Can I cancel the contract?
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice, yearly plans at term end. On cancellation all your data is delivered as Excel/CSV.
