Düzlem Software Inc. (the “Company”) processes the following personal data as data controller under KVKK (Law No. 6698).
Data processed and purposes
- Name, e-mail, phone and company details: demo appointments, quotations and contracts
- Customer account and support tickets: delivering the service and support
- Invoice details: accounting and tax obligations
- Site usage data (cookies): security and product development
Roles
For personal data that customers process within the ERP, the Company is the data processor and acts only on the customer’s instructions.
